So I'm now 32. Don't feel any different than when I was 18. Heck, I don't feel much different from when I was 13! Funny, I keep waiting for that feeling that I'm a grown up. Never seems to come though.... I did have a brilliant birthday though, as I took the day off work. We had brunch, wandered around some of the day, chilled out, then had an amazing Indian dinner with lots of beer. I love my birthday!
Gotta have one of those nasty conversations with a staff member today. He's not pulling his weight and just surfs the net and pisses people off all day. I don't think he's very self aware so it's going to be an interesting one. I have to carefully break him down then try and build him back up. Let the games begin!
